A few of you DMed me asking what kind of consulting/advisory work I have delivered lately.  Here is a sample of my collaborative, high-touch work:

1. Developed and implemented a new sales effectiveness strategy & plan for a mid size LP;

2. Produced an expert witness report in a cannabis litigation case;

3. Designed crowdfunding strategies for 2 start-ups, a cannabis beverage and a CBD product firm;

4. Facilitated a strategy development process for a medical cannabis platform and a large publicly-listed LP;

5. Crafted the regulatory submission that helped secure a cannabis cultivation license in Rwanda.
