Today's example is on improving project execution I just wrapped up this LP engagement.

1. Improve the execution of mission critical projects - deliver on time, on budget and on target value;

2. Turn project management into a key organizational capability;

3. Reduce financial and operational risk

> What I did – Supported the creation of PM+ capability

- Serve as a team coach and trouble-shooter in ongoing project meetings;

- Implemented standard project management methodologies including my secret sauce on change management i.e. getting your staff to do what you want them to do when they don't want to do it

- Left a variety of tools including project charters, roadmaps and dashboards
